My elderly mom needed four teeth extracted after having an abscess. I was anxious to have this done quickly and after getting clearance from her cardiologist, was able to bring her to Dr. Masi for an appointment for the consultation and extraction at the same visit. This was extremely helpful because my mom has trouble walking and getting out of the house.
The staff at Optimum Oral was extremely helpful, communicative and pleasant. Dr. Masi was very professional and got the procedure done promptly with no waiting.

I had 2 wisdom teeth and a cracked 2nd molar removed. I was highly impressed with the minimal amount of pain I experienced after the procedure. 1 week after the procedure I am back to eating a pretty normal diet.

When I learned that my upper left molar (#15), the very last tooth in the back, could not be saved, I knew it was true—but it still hit me hard. I felt like I wanted to shake and cry, but I held myself together.

On Tuesday, I went to Optimum, and I’m so grateful that my general dentist, Dr. Shor—such a kind and thoughtful man—recommended them and even called ahead for me. I had first seen Dr. René on Monday, and then Dr. Chad took care of me on Tuesday. He was incredible. He removed the tooth and also placed an implant post for a #12 bicuspid (premolar) in the upper left front, right in my smile line—something I might not have even considered if he hadn’t suggested it, and I’m so thankful he did.

In a few months, I’ll be getting the crown placed, and I’ll have my smile fully restored. Yes, my wallet is a bit lighter—but I’m now pain-free on the left side of my face, and I feel relieved knowing everything is moving in the right direction.

Medical procedures have always been very difficult for me—they can bring up a lot of anxiety and even PTSD—but this experience was handled with such care and compassion that it made all the difference.

Thank you, Dr. Chad, and everyone who helped make this process feel less overwhelming and more manageable. I truly appreciate you all.

Broken Tooth extraction after my bridge broke. I am a leukemia survivor and have been suffering from dry mouth after chemo. This has created dental nightmares for me . My first visit here and was greeted with great care and customer service at the front desk upon check in. I have very high anxiety when it comes to any type of dental care. Dr Lauren Trager and her assistant were both very patient and accommodating while ensuring me with confidence that I was getting the best care. Their knowledge and professionalism was 5 + stars. My tooth broke off inside my gum and my dentist could not get it out. This place got it done in 5 minutes and made it seem easy. I guess nothing is too tough when you know your stuff.

Went in for my appointment. I am a big scary cat and the entire staff made me feel comfortable amd safe. I was telling my mom after that not every where I go the doctor takes time out of her day to follow up with patients. It was easy, everything went smoothly. I would give Optum more stars but 5 is all they would allow. Wonderful bed side manner, warm professional inviting office.

Super appreciate for squeezing me in last minute! Melissa up front was super helpful with scheduling, Jada went over all insurance details and explained everything, Tami the dental assistant was so sweet, she tapped my shoulder to distract me through the numbing process. Dr. Masi was nice and funny and he numbed me great!! All staff was through, nice and very professional. Overall they went above and beyond. 10/10 recommended!!
