Very friendly, prompt, and professional. My only complaint is that they don't do any kind of payment plan. How are people able to pay that kind of money up front?

I had a crown that originally loosened from the implant and eventually fell out. After visiting several dentists and another oral surgeon I got an appointment at Optimum. At my appointment, Lizzy and Dr. Trager evaluated the issue and got my fixed up within minutes. After being bumped around and getting no help for months, I was so grateful for their quick and complete assistance. Thank you so much!

Dr. Trager is simply the best! I recently had teeth extracted and a full arch dental implant procedure, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. Dr. Trager is highly skilled, compassionate, and took the time to make sure I was at ease throughout the entire process. Her staff is absolutely wonderful—friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. Dr. Trager is an excellent surgeon. My general dentist has seen her work and commented that she did a superb job of extracting teeth and preparing gums for implants. She is very thorough in that she identified potential problems with other teeth that required attention by an endodontist. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and professional.

Dr Trager was awesome! I went for an emergency exam at my general dentist and was referred to Optimum for same day treatment. I had two wisdom teeth extracted and felt 0 pain the next day! Awesome experience. Surgery only took 15 minutes!!

I have no complaints about Optimum. They did an amazing job getting me in quickly. The appointment was not long and was actually shocked how quickly they were able to extract my wisdom teeth and get me on my way home. Normally, I am not good with pain and had to do local anesthesia and was nervous about it. However, I did not feel anything after the local anesthesia and Dr. Masi explained every part of the process in a way to make me feel comfortable through the whole process.

Everybody who worked here was absolutely awesome. I felt like they went out of their way to help and make sure I was comfortable. I have struggled to find anyone I trust to work in my mouth and I would not hesitate to come back here for anything I needed.

I had an excellent experience with Optimum Oral Surgery Group for my wisdom teeth removal. The entire team was professional, friendly, and attentive especially staff member Lizzie. The staff made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions, helping ease any anxiety I had about the procedure.
The surgery itself went smoothly, and the oral surgeon took the time to explain everything clearly before and after the procedure. Recovery was much easier than I expected thanks to the detailed post-operative instructions and the care provided by the team.

This team was amazing. I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed, and Dr. John Masi was incredibly informative. The entire staff explained everything to me every step of the way, which I really appreciated since I’d never had any kind of surgery before. If you’re going to have a first surgery experience, this is the way to do it.

I got a little nervous when I learned I was getting propofol and immediately asked, “Isn’t that what killed Michael Jackson?” In my defense, I had seen the Michael Jackson movie five times, so the subject was very fresh in my mind. They calmly explained that it wasn’t simply the medication itself, but the way it was improperly administered. That explanation was enough for me to stop mentally drafting my own true-crime documentary.

Then, as they started hooking me up to the IV, Michael Jackson’s “Remember the Time” started playing. At that point, I felt like it was a sign from Michael himself from the beyond.

Sure enough, everything went great. In fact, while I was still coming off the anesthesia, I apparently started singing “Human Nature,” and the woman at the front desk started singing along with me as she helped me get to my mom’s car.

10/10 experience. If I ever need any more work done in my mouth, I’ll definitely be coming back here.

The surgeon was excellent the dr. Medical assistant was outstanding explained everything as well as surgeon. The reason not rated a 5 was.
When made apt they took my insurance information and quoted me 585.00 for procedure, when i arrived at office they told me my insurance would not pay out of plan. Why didn't they tell me before then. Unfortunately the bill was 925.00 with added dr visit and packing in pocket so when u are expecting 585 and they bill i 925.00 thts almost double the quote dah.
Not happy about tht and i had to pay before they did anything. Like i going to run out the door.

Had my wisdom teeth removed on Tuesday, the procedure was quick and painless, Dr Masi did a very great job, I would recommend this place to anyone

Having a great fear of dentists,I was very apprehensive. The doctor and staff were amazing and it included follow up calls about my well being. This would be the place to go for knowledgeable staff,as well. as great professional dental care.

Excellent service and care! They explained to me the procedure they were performing in detail and made me comfortable while there.

I was in a lot of pain due to a cracked tooth and they got me in quickly. Dr. Trager was phenomenal. Although she had several other patients to see, she didn’t rush the process with me and took the time to ensure I was comfortable before starting the surgery. Throughout the procedure she communicated on her progress and what was happening next. Her confidence and compassionate bedside manner really put me at ease, and that means the world to an anxious patient.

Called at 830 am. Got an appointment for 1030. Was out and home by noon. I had an emergency and broke a tooth and they were amazing. Dr Masi and his assistant Ronnie were the best. Found my new dentist for future. Thanks guys. You were amazing.
